I am overwhelmed with what you have done with my CD and I am extremely grateful for your time and trouble. It sounds fabulous. I like the way you have reduced the noise, brought my voice forward on certain tracks and that you faded out the applause on the last track. Thank you once again I certainly do appreciate it. All the best to you.
Just received the cd of your digitalisation of the demo recording my dad made over 60 years ago on a 78 rpm acetate disc. It must be over 40 years since anyone has listened to it, but hearing the cd of the copy you made gave me great joy and I now have a copy on my phone. The voice is clear and full and I never would have expected such a brilliant result. Thank you.
With many thanks for a great service.
Thank you so much for the CD – the quality sounds very good to me. My grandma died in the 80s, my mother in 1987 and my father in 2013 after a long battle with dementia, so it’s wonderful to hear them all again. The sound of my father, completely compos mentis, speaking in his best Spanish accent at the beginning was certainly a surprise as I’d never ventured to listen to the tape before because I was afraid to harm it, but it was wonderful to hear my mother’s voice after nearly 30 years. My sister will be over the moon (after the tears, of course) and there are other relatives who’ll be very happy to get a copy.

This tape has been broken for probably 30 years. I have dragged it through my life always meaning to “get it fixed”. It’s my Mum and Dad’s 60th wedding anniversary later this year and their parents are also on it. The tape is actually 42 years old, listening to the recordings.
I am sure it will be emotional for the whole family. Thankyou again,
Kimberley Anne Jones, Kent
Please find enclosed a cheque for the CDs you sent me. It was fantastic to hear some of the recordings after all these years, especially my parents singing. It brought back great memories.
Once again, thank you.

Thank you for your call earlier in the week, and also for sending the Edna CDs. It was wonderful to hear the interview again. I had forgotten just how many good things were crammed into it. Thank you for doing such a great job and if I find any more valuable cassettes that I need to have copied, I will cetainly be in touch.

Just to let you know that we received the CDs over the weekend. My husband is absolutely thrilled with them, and to be able to listen to his Grandad is amazing. What made them really special was the extra attention to detail that you gave with the front cover, the back listings and the speedy response.
Thank you so much for your wonderful service and if ever we need more tapes converting we will definitely be in touch.

Many thanks for your prompt response to my request to restore the music on flexi-disc to CD. I have been meaning to do this for years and am delighted that I have finally done this. As you will I am sure appreciate, this is very special to me and an important part of my family history so I am very grateful for the work you have done.
Once again, many thanks,

Dear Mr Joiner,
Many, many thanks for the lovely work you did on the tape. Listening to it transported me back to that day in 1973! It was so clear, I could hear my Father raking the garden outside the window and you could also hear the echo of the boat’s whistles bouncing off the two Ormes just like I remembered! I will be playing it to my brothers when we meet up. I’m sure they will be in touch with you to convert some of the old tapes they have in their possession!
Many thanks once again,
Andrew Mason, Colwyn Bay
We have just listened to the recordings and are absolutely over the moon – they are brilliant! We didn’t dream you would be able to achieve such amazing results with the acetate discs, in view of the condition they were in! Thank you so much! My father was 45 years old when he made the recordings, and he never really stopped singing until his death 30 years later.

Yet again Graham and Audio Restored have come to the rescue. Terrific service, great communication and, as always, a pleasure to do business with!
Ron Carlton-Gwilliam, Cheshunt, Herts
Thank you very much for transferring my cassette tape to CD, especially for finding the second version of my son’s talk. I didn’t know it was there!
I am very pleased with the result and sound quality.
Best wishes, with thanks,
Mrs M. Benson, Herts
Thank-you so very much for the great job you have done transferring the reels to CDs and clearing the hiss – it is crystal clear – you have done a remarkable job! This is going to be the most marvellous Christmas gift for my parents.
Many thanks again for a tremendous service, I shall be recommending you to family and friends.

Just a short note to say a huge thank you.
We picked up the package today from the delivery depot and have just now had a listen. We are over the moon, it has far exceeded our expectations, the attention to detail is very much appreciated. We will definitely be recommending you.
Thank you once again,
Chrys and Simon, London
Thank-you so much for all your hard work, and making it possible for me and my family to hear our late father’s voice again after so many years.
Chris Dilley, Clacton-on-sea, Essex
Listened to CD and considering what you had to deal with I am delighted. This was recorded over 40 years ago and to have something to remind me of those carefree days is wonderful.
Thank you so much,
Mr. P. Jones, Derbyshire
I must say that I am really impressed with not only the quality of the audio transfer to CD, but also the presentation of the CD packages & the attention to detail in the contents listing – First Class! It was certainly interesting to hear the messages & the voice of my Great Aunt, who emigrated to New Zealand in 1909 never to return to the UK. The tape dates from 1967 (44 years ago) and after nearly 60 years in NZ she still had a hint of a Wiltshire accent, which reminds me so much of my Grandfather. She died aged 89 in 1976, so hers, like some of the others on the tape are now lost voices. Thank you so much for bringing these back to us.
Mr. D. Mould, Builth Wells
